GR:eat is a wellness companion app that predicts your body's response to meals. It is not a substitute for medical advice and is not yet a cleared medical device. Use it to inform decisions, not to make them in place of a clinician.

You're responsible for the email you sign up with and the integrity of the data you log. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate the law.

We try to keep GR:eat running, predictions accurate, and our backends up. We make no warranty of uninterrupted service. We improve the model continuously, which means the prediction for the same meal may change as the model learns from you.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including any health decisions you make based on a prediction.

If we change material terms, we'll notify you in-app or by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
